Whatever the difficulty you are currently facing, I am happy to talk to you for a short while over the phone to begin to assess how I may help.
The initial session will be roughly an hour, during which I will need to gather information from you and also describe to you in greater detail what our course of action can be.
Businesses
Many organisations in diverse settings have adopted the Human Givens model as a way of understanding the needs and resources of those to whom there is a duty of care. The solution-focused nature of the approach is as applicable to groups as it is to individuals. Stress, anxiety and depression are estimated to be the major cause of absenteeism and employers are increasingly becoming concerned for the mental health of the workforce. Coaching from a therapeutic perspective helps to reduce stress, and improve communication and performance. I also offer training on health and well-being in the workplace. Additionally, seated acupressure therapy is designed for the workplace, where employers can demonstrate their commitment to staff by offering the provision of regular massage in the office. Employers mindful of health and well-being in the workplace find these services valuable.
Associates
I believe the world we live in today needs co-operation not competition. There’s enough work for everyone in this field and I am happy to refer clients to trusted colleagues if I feel it would be more appropriate.
Fees
My current fees are based on £50 per hour.
My professional interest is in helping you move on as quickly as possible. I will not ask you to commit for any more sessions than you feel necessary. I have over 20 years experience in the complementary healthcare field. I am a member of the Human Givens Institute, the Association of Osteomyologists and the British Complementary Medical Association.
